Six months into the implementation of Minnesota's Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) law, employers are moving from theory to real-world application – and questions are emerging. This practical, employer-focused seminar will center on frequently asked questions gathered directly from attendees, addressing how PFML is working in practice, where employers are encountering challenges and how to navigate compliance with confidence.
In addition to the PFML deep dive, we will provide targeted updates on key developments in Minnesota employment law, including:
- Recent changes and ongoing compliance considerations under Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST)
- A brief overview of updated break time requirements
