Thursday, February 19, 2026

  • 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM EST

Fairmont Pittsburgh
510 Market Street
Pittsburgh, PA 15222

As AI increasingly becomes embedded in hiring, performance management and other workplace decisions, employers face expanding legal exposure and rapidly evolving regulatory obligations. This program provides a focused overview of the key employment law risks associated with AI tools, including discrimination concerns, transparency requirements and the challenges posed by “black box” systems. It also highlights the growing patchwork of state and local laws, as well as the increasing tension between state initiatives and emerging federal policy efforts.

Participants will gain practical guidance on how employers can responsibly integrate AI into their operations, including effective oversight, risk assessment practices, vendor management and strategies for maintaining compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Attendees will leave with a realistic framework for moving from risk identification to safe, defensible and business aligned AI adoption.

Registration: 8:00 - 8:30 a.m.
Program and Q&A: 8:30 - 10:00 a.m.
Breakfast will be provided.
