Overview

Morgan S. Dull counsels and represents employers of all sizes in a broad range of traditional labor and employment matters before state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies throughout the country.

Morgan represents and counsels employers in all aspects of traditional labor law and labor relations, from R-Petition up through collective bargaining, as well as unfair labor practice litigation and grievance arbitration. Morgan’s traditional labor practice focuses on:

  • Union election campaigns
  • Proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB)
  • Collective bargaining
  • Strikes and picketing

Morgan has significant experience in litigation and regularly defends employers in matters involving leave laws and discrimination and retaliation claims, up through and including trial.

Morgan takes a proactive approach to labor and employment matters and is experienced in counseling employers on day-to-day issues like accommodations, investigations, union avoidance, leave laws, policy drafting, discipline, labor relations, and employee performance.
