Morgan S. Dull counsels and represents employers of all sizes in a broad range of labor and employment matters before state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies. Morgan has significant experience in litigation and regularly defends employers in matters involving leave laws, discrimination and retaliation claims, and noncompete and nonsolicitation claims.

Morgan takes a proactive approach to labor and employment matters and is experienced in counseling employers on day-to-day issues like accommodations, leave laws, policy drafting, discipline, and employee performance.

Prior to joining Littler, Morgan was an associate in the labor and employment and medical professional liability defense practices of a mid-size central Pennsylvania firm.
