Who’s There? What to Do When the Government Is Knocking on Your Door - An Employer’s Guide to Handling Government Visits and Information Requests

The focus of this Report is to provide employers with a guide on what to do in various situations when a government agency is either at the employer's premises or has sent a request for information or notice of inspection. Various situations are handled separately through the Report including requests for information from the FBI or other police enforcement agency, the SEC and OSHA. One section of the Report also deals with information available to the public under Megan's Law regarding registered sex offenders and an employer's obligations when an employee is a registered sex offender.
