Littler Strengthens Capabilities in the West with the Addition of Suzanne Martin

LAS VEGAS (August 24, 2026) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has added Suzanne Martin as a shareholder in its Las Vegas office. Her addition further strengthens the firm’s capabilities in Nevada and California and reinforces its continued growth strategy in the West. 

Martin joins from Ogletree Deakins and brings more than two decades of experience representing employers on a broad range of workplace matters, including harassment, discrimination, disability related reasonable accommodations and leaves of absence, wage and hour issues, workplace investigations, arbitration, restrictive covenants, workplace policies, procedures and handbooks, and workplace violence response and prevention.

The scope of Martin’s practice is wide ranging, encompassing advice and counsel, training, investigations, administrative matters, and single, multi-plaintiff and class action litigation. She represents employers before state and federal agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, U.S. Department of Labor, Nevada Equal Rights Commission, Nevada Labor Commissioner, and in state and federal court.

Martin is licensed to practice law in Nevada and California and received her J.D. from Loyola Law School and her B.A. from Pennsylvania State University.
