Suzanne Martin has more than two decades of experience representing employers on a broad range of workplace matters, including harassment, discrimination, disability related reasonable accommodations and leaves of absence, wage and hour issues, workplace investigations, arbitration, restrictive covenants, workplace policies, procedures and handbooks, and workplace violence response and prevention.
The scope of Suzanne’s practice is wide-ranging, encompassing advice and counsel, training, investigations, administrative matters, and single, multiplaintiff and class action litigation. She represents employers before state and federal agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, U.S. Department of Labor, Nevada Equal Rights Commission, and Nevada Labor Commissioner, and in state and federal court.
In addition, Suzanne is a trusted advisor to employers on all aspects of the employment lifecycle, including hiring, discipline and termination, employee complaints, leave and accommodation requests, and background and drug testing. She also regularly conducts workplace investigations, audits and training sessions.
