(January 21, 2026) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, elected William J. Anthony (New York) to serve as chair of its 2026 Board of Directors, succeeding Michael Wilder (Chicago), who completed the firm’s threeyear term limit and will continue to serve as a member of the board. In addition, the firm designated three new members: Kimberly J. Doud (Orlando), David B. Jordan (Houston) and Robert C. Long (Chicago/Columbus).

“On behalf of the firm, I extend my sincere congratulations to Will on his appointment as chair, and my deep appreciation to Michael for his leadership and service over the last three years,” said Erin Webber, Littler’s managing director and president. “I look forward to partnering with Will as he steps into this important role. His leadership experience and business acumen will be integral as we advance the firm’s strategic priorities. I am also pleased to welcome our newly elected board members — Kim, David and Bob — whose collective knowledge and unique perspectives will greatly benefit the firm.”

Anthony has served as a member of Littler’s Board of Directors since 2024. He is a nationally respected labor and employment attorney recognized and known for his experience in navigating complex class, collective and multiparty litigation. In addition to his litigation practice, Anthony serves as a strategic advisor to organizations on a broad range of employment issues and is a frequent speaker on emerging workplace law topics. His leadership extends across numerous firm committees and professional organizations, where he has played a key role in shaping policy, guiding strategy and mentoring attorneys.

“It is a privilege to step into the role of chair, and I look forward to partnering with Erin and our board as we advance our strategic vision,” Anthony said. “My goal is to continue to drive meaningful initiatives and ensure that Littler continues to succeed in navigating an evolving business and legal landscape.”
