(November 25, 2025) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has appointed Shareholder Jen Chierek Znosko (St. Louis) as the new co-chair of the firm’s Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI), joining Shareholder Margaret Parnell Hogan (Denver). Znosko succeeds Jennifer A. Youpa (Dallas) who will be retiring this year.

Formed in 2008, WLI is one of Littler’s signature programs dedicated to developing and retaining women leaders. Through this initiative, attorneys share their experiences, prepare for leadership opportunities, learn how to promote their successes, and identify the skills needed to advance.

“Jen’s appointment as co-chair reflects her unwavering leadership, passion and commitment to advancing gender equity, and empowering women across the legal profession,” said Erin Webber, Littler’s managing director and president. “Working alongside Margaret, she will play a key role in further strengthening our inclusion efforts. Together, their insights and dedication will help expand opportunities for women at every level of the firm.”

“I am thrilled to work alongside Margaret to build on the strong foundation she and Jennifer have created,” said Znosko. “The Women’s Leadership Initiative is an incredible opportunity to champion equity, foster inclusion and create pathways for women to thrive. I look forward to collaborating with my colleagues to drive meaningful impact across our firm.”

As a result of WLI’s dedicated efforts, Littler has earned widespread recognition for its commitment to gender equity and talent development. The firm has been ranked #1 among the Best Law Firms for Gender Equity and Women in Equity Partnership as part of Law360’s Women in Law Report. Seramount (formerly Working Mother Media) named the firm #1 among the Best Law Firms for Talent and Littler has been recognized as a Top Firm for Diversity by Yale Law Women+, in addition to achieving ongoing Mansfield Certification.

At Littler, Znosko provides strategic counsel to employers on pay equity and workplace drug and alcohol issues. She is a core member of the firm’s Pay Equity Assessment Team, conducting pay equity analyses across diverse industries. She also co-chairs Littler’s Drugs and Alcohol Practice Group, advising clients on complex issues related to drug and alcohol testing, marijuana laws, employee discipline and compliance challenges. Her litigation practice primarily focuses on defending employers in discrimination and retaliation claims in Missouri and Illinois. Znosko earned her J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law and her B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.
