Is Rhode Island’s menopause bill a sign of things to come?

Gregory Tumolo says employers will need to consider requests for accommodation of menopause and related medical conditions on a case-by-case basis after Rhode Island became the first U.S. state to implement workplace protections for employees experiencing menopause.
