Proposed $103,265 H-1B Is Changing Talent Acquisition Strategy

Shin-I Lowe says if the DHS’ proposed additional $103,265 fee for every cap-subject H-1B petition is finalized and withstands likely legal challenges, it might result in employers fundamentally reassessing their talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning and long-term operating models.
