Travis regularly advises employers about employment litigation claims, including those arising under Title VII, the Arkansas Civil Rights Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Equal Pay Act, the Family Medical and Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act and Arkansas Minimum Wage Act, and common law wrongful termination.
Prior to joining Littler, Travis was an associate attorney at an Atlanta-based law firm, primarily handling general litigation, medical malpractice defense, business litigation, and advising businesses in employment matters.
In law school, he was the managing editor of the Arkansas Law Review, a LeMay Business Law Fellow, research assistant to Prof. Daniel Rice, and he externed for the University of Arkansas General Counsel’s Office, focusing on employment compliance and litigation.
