Overview

Tiana R. Harding has experience representing management in single plaintiff, multiple plaintiff and class action matters, defending against discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. She also assists clients with drafting and revising employment policies and agreements, conducting internal audits, and responding to agency complaints. She has represented companies in healthcare, landlord/tenant, and employment related matters. 

During law school, Tiana was a senior articles editor for the Hastings Business Law Journal. Previously, she was a political aide for the Vice Mayor of San Jose.
