Leveraging her extensive experience in employment law, as well as civil litigation, Teresa J. Hardymon represents employers in a wide range of employment matters, including unlawful discrimination, harassment and retaliation, wrongful termination, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, partnership disputes, and class and collective actions.
Tracy handles all phases of litigation – from pleadings and discovery to trial and arbitration – and also advises clients on workplace policies, training materials, severance agreements and employment agreements.
Before joining Littler, Tracy worked at another international labor and employment firm. Tracy began her career at a national law firm where she practiced complex commercial litigation.
