Stephanie M. Steinberg

Stephanie M. Steinberg is an experienced labor and employment attorney who has worked with clients across various industries including hospitality, retail, media, and healthcare.

Stephanie represents employers in state and federal court, as well as before administrative agencies, in a variety of employment disputes, including claims of discrimination and harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, violations of wage and hour statutes, and ADA access matters. 

Stephanie also has experience providing preventative advice and counsel to employers with an emphasis on compliance with state and federal employment laws, development of policies and procedures, as well as preparing and advising on handbooks, separation agreements, and employment contracts.
