Sophia Jimenez represents employers in a wide range of employment matters, with a focus on counseling clients on California’s rapidly evolving legal landscape. She has defended companies in single-plaintiff employment matters involving discrimination and retaliation as well as class and representative actions brought under the California Private Attorneys General Act.
During law school, Sophia externed for Judge Margaret M. McKeown, clerked at the U.S Attorney’s Office – Civil Division, and served as the lead articles editor for the San Diego Law Review.
