Shelley I. Ericsson is a strategic and accomplished employment litigator with over 20 years of experience representing clients in complex workplace disputes. She has represented both Kansas and Missouri employers in state and federal courts on a wide range of workplace matters. Her background includes proven leadership in managing high-stakes litigation, mentoring attorneys, and driving firm growth. Shelley is a trusted advisor on compliance, investigations, and risk mitigation for corporate clients. 

Shelley counsels companies of all sizes on how to navigate various employment laws, including the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Her services include drafting policies and procedures that are tailored for companies and their individual philosophies.

Prior to joining Littler, Shelley was a shareholder with a multinational labor and employment law firm. Her experience also includes positions as partner, of counsel and associate with Kansas City area law firms.

She is a frequent public speaker on employment and labor law issues.
