Overview

Shahram Samie represents and counsels employers in a broad range of employment law matters arising under both federal and state laws. In addition to litigation, Shahram counsels clients on a wide variety of issues, including engaging in the interactive process with employees with work restrictions.  

Additionally, Shahram has given presentations on corporal punishment, workplace harassment and bullying.
