Scott K. Johnson’s employment and labor practice focuses on employers, encompassing a hybrid of counseling and litigation. Scott is an experienced litigator who has represented and defended employers in matters involving claims for wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, ADA violations, breach of contract, and violations of noncompetition and nonsolicitation agreements, as well as wage and hour disputes.
