Satoru (Sato) Nagano focuses his practice on representing clients in labor and employment matters.
Prior to joining Littler, Sato worked at a fintech startup where he managed their regulatory licensing and HR/personnel portfolios. Previously, Sato served as a uniformed attorney in the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General Corps, where he counseled senior military and civilian leadership on myriad labor and employment issues. There, he gained extensive litigation experience, prosecuting military criminal cases in courts-martial, as well as and defending the Department of the Air Force before the Merit Systems Protection Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Federal Labor Relations Authority.
