Nadia Gonzalez focuses her practice on labor and employment law matters. She has defended employers against claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and other alleged workplace violations in administrative proceedings and state and federal court litigation, including before the EEOC and the Wisconsin Equal Rights Division. Additionally, Nadia has guided employers through workplace issues such as discipline, termination, wage and hour, and leave management. She has assisted employers in developing and maintaining compliant employment policies, including conducting employee handbook reviews.
Prior to joining Littler, Nadia worked in-house for a small company, and also previously practiced in the employment group of a large Milwaukee-based law firm.
