Morgan Kinney represents management in a broad variety of labor and employment matters. She defends employers against discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims. Morgan also has experience providing legal advice and counsel on disciplinary and management directed actions. Morgan assists employers in developing and providing human resource and documentation training sessions, as well as reviewing and drafting internal policies and directives.
Prior to joining Littler, Morgan worked as agency counsel for a federal agency. Morgan was responsible for providing advice and counsel on employee performance and discipline. She litigated matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Merit System Protection Board (MSPB), and provided litigation support to Assistant U.S. Attorneys for matters in district courts. Morgan also participated in settlement negotiations, mediations, labor arbitrations and advised management on responding to union grievances.
