Luke W. Molleck represents and advises employers on a variety of employment law issues in federal and state courts, and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Nevada Equal Rights Commission, and the National Labor Relations Board. Luke has extensive experience representing employers in cases involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, termination, and wage and hour disputes. Additionally, as a member of Littler’s Unfair Competition and Trade Secrets Practice Group, Luke represents and advises employers on disputes involving noncompetition, nonsolicitation, and misappropriation of trade secrets claims.
Prior to joining Littler, he worked as in-house counsel for a large aerospace and defense contractor and as an attorney for a civil defense firm, practicing complex civil litigation and defending various municipalities and private insureds. Luke also previously served as general counsel for a Nevada employers' association.
