Overview

Lillian T. Manning advises and represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment law matters.

Recently, Lillian's practice has focused on complex civil litigation including extensive work with discovery and motion practice. Prior to this, her experience included working at a mid-sized firm in Nebraska and clerking for Judge Tatjana Schwendinger at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. During law school, she was a primary editor of the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy, and was recognized as the top student attorney in the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law Entrepreneurship and Intellectual Property Clinic.

Throughout her education, Lillian focused on the interconnections of law, human resources, and business ethics. Before attending law school, Lillian worked for the human resources department of a university.
