Lauren K. Peach advises and defends employers on a wide range of employment-related issues in federal, state and administrative courts and in arbitrations and investigations. Lauren leverages her litigation experience to inform her strategic advice and counsel work, with a particular knowledge of Colorado and federal employment law. She has represented and counseled law enforcement agencies, health care systems, state agencies, and colleges and universities.
Prior to joining Littler, Lauren worked at the Colorado Attorney General’s Office for over ten years. She led both the higher education and employment teams and advised and litigated on behalf of all state agencies as well as public colleges and universities in Colorado. She also trained management, HR, and in-house attorneys on a wide variety of employment issues. Lauren annually tracked employment-related bills during the Colorado legislative sessions.
