Kenshandra T. Mitchell

Kenshandra T. Mitchell advises and represents employers in a wide range of employment matters and disputes before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. She has represented employers in all aspects of employment claims arising under various state and federal employment statutes, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. Kenshandra has handled claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, and unfair competition.

Before joining Littler, Kenshandra practiced labor and employment law with a firm in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and a firm in Nashville, Tennessee.
