Katie E. Towery focuses her practice on issues of employment law, human resources, and employee benefits on a regional and national basis. She advises and defends employers in employment-related matters, including:

- Wrongful discharge claims
- Noncompete and trade secrets agreements and related litigation
- Contract disputes
- Corporate investigations and risk management
Katie’s experience includes defending clients in state and federal courts in South Carolina.
Prior to joining Littler, Katie practiced at a large national law firm.
