Julie Rousseau has been active in employment law since 2009. She started her career as an attorney, with ten years experience. In 2019, she joined the HR services group Acerta as a Senior Consultant and Team Lead, where she advised employers on a wide range of employment and social security matters. In May 2025, she returned to the bar as a partner at Littler Belgium.
Julie combines strong legal experience with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach tailored to each client’s needs. She has particular experience in dismissal negotiations, wage optimization and collective labor relations. She also regularly delivers training sessions on various HR topics.
