José Joaquín Acuña Solís co-chairs the firm’s consulting practice. He is a professor in labor law at the University of Costa Rica and the Latina University of Costa Rica. He also teaches in the Labor and Social Security Law Master’s Program at the Universidad Estatal a Distancia and the Human Resources Master’s Degree Program at the Universidad Autónoma de Monterey. His articles have been published in Actualidad Económica and Menú Informativo magazines, and he is a regular contributor to the Elempleo.com Section of the Periódico La Nación. He frequently speaks on labor, employment and privacy law at seminars and conferences.
