Jessica Patel represents employers in labor and employment matters, with a focus on wage and hour class actions and actions brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). She also handles disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Her practice includes defending employers in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, including the California Civil Rights Department (CRD), the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE), and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
