Jennifer W. Maguire

Jennifer W. Maguire is a seasoned employment litigator and trusted advisor who partners with employers to navigate high-stakes workplace disputes and complex litigation cases. Jennifer has extensive experience defending employers in wage and hour class actions, representative PAGA actions, and claims involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other workplace issues. She represents clients in both federal and state courts and regularly appears before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the California Civil Rights Department (CRD, formerly the Department of Fair Employment and Housing).

In addition to her litigation practice, Jennifer provides strategic, practical advice on a broad range of employment matters. She advises employers on workplace policies and practices, compliance with evolving federal, state, and local employment laws, employment agreements, and proactive risk management initiatives, including workplace audits and investigations.
