Jennifer Solano has experience litigating single plaintiff employment disputes from inception through final dispotion in state and federal court including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, FEHA retaliation, whistleblower retaliation, wage and hour, and other employment claims. She also has experience conducting workplace investigations and responding to agency charges from the California Civil Rights Department (CRD).
During law school, Jenny served as an associate writer for the California Western Law Review, and served on the board for two student organizations including the Latinx Law Students Association and Pride Law.
