Overview

James Payer's practice encompasses all areas of labor and employment law. Prior to joining Littler, James was a litigation associate at an AmLaw Top 100 law firm where he counseled clients in a diverse array of business litigation issues. He has represented clients defending unfair labor practice charges before the NLRB and advised and represented clients in employment disputes on both a single plaintiff and class action level.

While attending law school, he served as a note and comment editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review. James also served as a judicial extern to the Hon. R. Gary Klausner of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
