Overview

Jacob R. Lahana concentrates his practice on labor and employment law matters. Jacob has experience representing and counseling clients in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including trade secrets, wage and hour class actions, PAGA actions, wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment claims.

Jacob's background includes experience as a summer associate with Littler, and an intern in the Employment and Administrative Mandate Section of the California Department of Justice, where he researched employment related issues including employment discrimination claims. During law school, Jacob was the speakers editor of the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law.
