Hannah N. Berookhim
Hannah N. Berookhim represents employers in a broad range of matters, including wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, workers’ compensation, and collective bargaining. She values the client-facing nature of her practice and enjoys working with businesses across various industries.
During law school, Hannah externed for the Hon. Barry Russell in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and served as a summer associate at Littler.
Prior to law school, Hannah began her legal career in applicant-side workers’ compensation before later focusing on plaintiff-side employment law, particularly wage and hour class actions. She further honed her negotiation skills through personal injury work, securing settlements on behalf of injured clients. This early exposure to plaintiff-side advocacy provides Hannah with a well-rounded perspective that informs her strategic approach to representing management. She is also passionate about pro bono work, with experience in immigration and guardianship matters.
