Esther Redman
Pronounced: EST-er
Esther Redman represents employers in various aspects of employment and labor law. Esther has experience in both federal and state law employment claims for matters including discrimination, retaliation, hostile work environment, and harassment claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Esther also handles charges brought against employers in federal and state agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Civil Rights Division of the Arizona Attorney General’s Office (ACRD).
Esther’s experience also includes working in-house at an insurance company as a seconded attorney where she oversaw and managed a large volume of complex workplace disputes in an organized and effective manner. Her large-scale perspective on employment litigation advises her strategy in quickly resolving claims favorably for employers.
During law school, Esther interned at Littler as an Ocotillo Scholar, a program supported by the Maricopa County Bar Association and the State Bar of Arizona. She also served as the Senior Note and Comment Editor for Jurimetrics, the Journal of Law, Science, and Technology, the official Section of Science and Technology Law of the American Bar Association and the oldest and most widely circulated peer-reviewed journal of law, science, and technology. In addition, Esther served as President for ASU’s Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA) and Vice President of Public Relations for the National Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (NAPALSA), the daughter organization of NAPABA.
