Dr. Marie-Katrin Schaich advises comprehensively on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. Her core areas of practice include contract drafting and litigation. Her assured, diligent, and empathetic manner shapes her professional approach and enables her to guide clients confidently and be solution-oriented even in complex situations.
She previously held positions as a research associate to the chair of civil law and employment law at the University of Passau and in the employment law practice group at a Frankfurt am Main firm.
Marie-Katrin completed the Second State Examination in Law, Free State of Bavaria, in 2025 and the First State Examination in Law, Free State of Bavaria, in 2020. She completed a legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Nuremberg with a focus on employment and social law, including placements inter alia at the Nuremberg Labour Court and Equal Justice Ltd., Hong Kong S.A.R.
