Overview

Donna Leung represents and counsels employers in various industries in a broad range of employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. She has experience representing employers in state and federal courts, including single plaintiff, multiplaintiff, and representative and class action lawsuits.

Prior to joining Littler, Donna handled employment and business litigation matters on behalf of private and public entities. She handled all aspects of litigation from case inception through trial, including discovery and depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, second-chairing a five-week jury trial in the Los Angeles Superior Court, advocating for clients at mediation, and obtaining favorable settlements and dismissals before civil and administrative agencies.
