Delilah R. Cassidy
Delilah R. Cassidy’s practice is focused on all aspects of employment law. She represents clients in court, arbitration, and agency proceedings involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims as well as restrictive covenant agreement issues. Delilah is an award-winning oral advocate and has handled appeals in Arizona and federal courts of appeals (9th and 10th circuits, specifically). She brings a wealth of experience and perspective as a former judicial clerk. This enables her to better understand and advise clients on issues on appeal and work to avoid them at all stages of litigation.
Delilah counsels employers on all aspects of the employer-employee relationship and human resources issues. She focuses on providing practical solutions that are compliant with state and federal law. She has significant experience helping employers plan and execute multistate reductions in force. She routinely drafts employment handbooks, policies, and agreements including restrictive covenant and severance agreements.
Prior to joining Littler, Delilah worked in the sports and entertainment industry.
Delilah is dedicated to promoting inclusivity in the legal profession. She has been an ABA appointed leader for the Judicial Intern Opportunity Program (JIOP) to help provide internship opportunities to law students who are members of racial and ethnic groups that are traditionally underrepresented in the profession and others.
