
Craig T. Reese has defended and litigated lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour cases. Craig also has advised, counseled, and trained employees on various employment and labor law issues. He has represented employers in court and arbitration, before administrative agencies, and at mediations in employment matters, including contract, employment tort, and noncompete cases.
Craig has handled cases on diverse issues including partnership disputes, employment matters, professional liability, breach of contract and construction matters in state and federal courts. He has extensive experience handling insurance matters.
