Overview

Corinn Jackson creates and manages legal and electronic resources to assist in counseling employers in all areas of labor and employment law. She helps develop and manage the firm's internal and external publications. Her practice includes matters arising under:

  • Title VII of the Civil Rights Act
  • The Americans with Disabilities Act
  • The Family and Medical Leave Act
  • Wage and hour issues
  • Other state and federal laws governing the employment relationship

Corinn has extensive experience conducting trainings on, and investigations into claims of, discrimination, harassment and retaliation in the workplace, advising clients on preventing similar claims and counseling individuals involved in the claims.

Corinn serves as a California liaison for Littler’s Workplace Policy Institute (WPI). She focuses on California state and local legislative and regulatory developments affecting the workplace, and advises clients on understanding legislation before it becomes law and helps them prepare their policies and practices for compliance. 

Corinn has been an adjunct professor of legal writing and advocacy at the USC Gould School of Law.
