Corinn Jackson serves as a California liaison for Littler’s Workplace Policy Institute (WPI). She focuses on California state and local legislative and regulatory developments affecting the workplace, and advises in-house counsel and human resources professionals on understanding legislation before it becomes law and helps them prepare their policies and practices for compliance.
She also works with Littler’s data analytics practice on the development and implementation of technology-based solutions to labor and employment law issues. As part of her work with the Littler Pay Equity Assessment™, Corinn works with in house counsel and human resources professionals to manage pay equity analyses, and facilitate process improvements and efficiencies. Corinn is also one of the founding architects of the Littler X-celerator, the firm’s onboarding tool for tech startups.
Corinn has extensive experience conducting trainings on, and investigations into, claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation in the workplace, advising in-house counsel and human resources professionals on preventing similar claims and counseling individuals involved in the claims.
As an associate at Littler, Corinn's practice included matters arising under:
- Title VII of the Civil Rights Act
- The Americans with Disabilities Act
- The Family and Medical Leave Act
- Wage and hour issues
- Other state and federal laws governing the employment relationship
Corinn is an adjunct professor at the USC Gould School of Law. She has taught courses in legal writing and advocacy and contemporary issues in human resources.
