Corinn Jackson creates and manages legal and electronic resources to assist in counseling employers in all areas of labor and employment law. She helps develop and manage the firm's internal and external publications. Her practice includes matters arising under:

  • Title VII of the Civil Rights Act
  • The Americans with Disabilities Act
  • The Family and Medical Leave Act
  • Wage and hour issues
  • Other state and federal laws governing the employment relationship

Corinn's litigation experience has involved representing clients in administrative proceedings, class and collective actions, and single plaintiff cases. She utilizes this experience to assist the firm in developing internal and external resources that promote the efficient handling of employment-related litigation. As a member of Littler’s Knowledge Management Department, she regularly works with practitioners in numerous practice areas, including alternative dispute resolution, background checks, complex litigation and trials, staffing and contingent workers, and workplace safety.

Corinn is an adjunct professor of legal writing and advocacy at the USC Gould School of Law.
