Overview

Brian P. FitzGerald is a management-side labor and employment attorney with experience defending employers before federal, state, and local administrative agencies as well as in federal and state courts. In addition to representing employers during litigation, Brian also counsels employers regarding issues such as alternative dispute resolution, hiring and firing decisions, enforcement of nondisclosure and noncompete agreements, and public accommodation disability discrimination issues. His practice also includes assisting employers with workplace safety and health matters.

Prior to joining Littler, Brian worked as a labor and employment attorney in the New York City office of a full-service national law firm.

Brian serves in leadership positions with several Cleveland area nonprofit organizations, including on the board of the Cornell Club of Northeast Ohio and the Metanoia Project.
