Brian P. FitzGerald is a management-side labor and employment attorney with experience defending employers before federal, state, and local administrative agencies as well as in federal and state courts. In addition to representing employers during litigation, Brian also counsels employers regarding issues such as alternative dispute resolution, hiring and firing decisions, enforcement of non-disclosure and non-compete agreements, and disability accommodations. His practice also includes assisting employers with traditional labor matters such as union organizing and unfair labor practices.
Brian serves in leadership positions with several Cleveland area nonprofit organizations.
Prior to joining Littler, Brian worked as a labor and employment attorney in the New York City office of a full-service national law firm.
