Brian P. FitzGerald is a management-side employment attorney with experience representing employers throughout Ohio and New York before federal and state courts as well as before federal, state, and local administrative agencies. Brian’s practice focuses upon assisting employers with unfair competition issues, such as the theft of trade secrets and the enforcement of noncompete, nonsolicitation, and nondisclosure agreements. In addition, Brian regularly assists employers with employment discrimination lawsuits, hiring and firing decisions, and workplace safety and health matters.
Prior to joining Littler’s Cleveland office, Brian worked as a management-side employment attorney in the New York City office of a full-service national law firm. Currently, Brian serves in several leadership positions with Cleveland area nonprofit organizations, including on the boards of the Cornell Club of Northeast Ohio and the Metanoia Project.
