Brian P. FitzGerald is a management-side labor and employment attorney with experience representing employers throughout Ohio and New York before federal and state courts as well as in federal, state, and local administrative agencies. Brian’s practice primarily focuses upon assisting employers with unfair competition issues, such as the enforcement of noncompete, nonsolicitation, and nondisclosure agreements. In addition, Brian also counsels employers regarding issues such as hiring and firing decisions and workplace safety and health matters.
Most recently, Brian’s experience has included providing guidance to employers concerning employment and workplace safety issues in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Prior to joining Littler, Brian worked as a management-side labor and employment attorney in the New York City office of a full-service national law firm. Currently, Brian serves in several leadership positions with Cleveland area nonprofit organizations, including on the boards of the Cornell Club of Northeast Ohio and the Metanoia Project.
