Overview

Blair Senesi represents employers in both single plaintiff and class action employment law matters. She represents clients in a variety of industries, from small businesses to large corporations in cases involving:

  • Independent contractor misclassification
  • Employee wage and hour disputes
  • Discrimination, harassment and retaliation
  • Wrongful termination

Blair also counsels employers regarding day-to-day employment decisions, including worker classification, employee discipline and termination, and equal employment practices and training.

During law school, Blair was an extern to the Hon. Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye at the California State Supreme Court and to ALJ William Dorsey at the U.S. Department of Labor. She also served as managing editor for the University of San Francisco Law Review.
