Ashton Hupman advises and counsels employers on a wide array of labor and employment matters before federal and state courts, federal agencies, and state employment agencies. Her practice primarily focuses on:
- Labor relations strategy and contract administration
- Collective bargaining negotiations
- Union organizing campaigns and elections under the National Labor Relations Act
- Labor grievances and arbitrations, including disciplinary and contract interpretation matters
- Unfair labor practice proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board
- Federal and state discrimination, harassment, and retaliation matters related to Title VII, the American with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act
Prior to joining Littler, Ashton worked in the Washington Regional Office of the Federal Labor Relations Authority.
