Anna C. Bookout represents employers in all facets of labor and employment law, providing strategic counsel and litigation support across a broad spectrum of workplace issues. She regularly advises businesses on compliance and risk management, and has experience litigating employment claims under both federal and state law, including matters involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and hostile work environment allegations. Her litigation practice includes claims brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA).

Anna also supports employers in navigating workplace safety obligations, including preparing for OSHA inspections, responding to agency inquiries, and advising on safety protocols and compliance strategies.

In addition, Anna counsels businesses on the implementation and enforcement of restrictive covenant agreements. She assists with drafting enforceable noncompete and nonsolicitation agreements and represents clients in high-stakes disputes involving trade secrets and employee mobility in today’s evolving legal landscape.

During law school, Anna served as executive vice president of the University of Oklahoma’s Federal Bar Association (FBA) and was an active member of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA). She also competed nationally as a member of the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy and New York City Bar Association Moot Court Teams.
