Analiza Rodriguez represents employers in a variety of labor and employment matters. Analiza has experience representing clients in administrative and litigation matters involving disputes brought under various federal and state laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the American with Disabilities Act.
Additionally, Analiza advises clients regarding compliance with employment laws and employment-related diligence connected to business transactions and reorganizations.
Prior to joining Littler, Analiza was a labor and employment associate in the Houston office of a large international law firm.
During law school, Analiza interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Southern District of Texas and served as an articles editor for the Houston Law Review.
