Overview

Allison S. Wallin is an experienced trial attorney and litigator handling complex and high stakes cases in federal courts across the country and in California and Washington state courts through trial and appeal. She also regularly has matters in arbitration forums including JAMS.

Allison has been defending companies in class actions for nearly two decades, primarily in the wage and hour area. Allison handled a federal wage and  hour class action through a jury verdict for one of the world’s largest employers. She has also defended clients in dozens of California class actions and Private Attorneys General Act cases and numerous single plaintiff employment actions. She provides advice and consult, primarily focused on compliance with the California Labor Code. Allison previously represented privately held and public companies in with respect to complex federal patent, trademark, copyright, and commercial litigation matters. Allison’s clients come from various industries including business and financial services, hospitality, retail, fashion and garment manufacturing, healthcare, and construction.

Prior to joining Littler, Allison was an attorney in the Los Angeles office of a national law firm, the Seattle office of a national intellectual property boutique firm, as well as a partner at a major Pacific Northwest law firm.
