Dr. Oliver Grimm advises companies with international and national operations on all matters of individual and collective employment law. Before vangard was established, he was an equity partner of an international business law firm and advised on all issues of employee representation law and on compliance with employment law. Drafting company agreements and providing legal support for restructuring remain key areas of his work. Oliver also focuses on employee data protection and the effects of social media on working conditions.
Oliver was admitted to the bar in 2001 and is a specialized lawyer (Fachanwalt) for employment law in Germany. He is the author of several professional publications and speaks regularly at continuing legal education events in the area of employment law.
