This breakfast briefing will address workplace investigations and the impact of social media and Millennials on those investigations. Our speakers will include a discussion of various types of social media that may impact investigations and the methods and legal limits on collecting social media for an investigation. We will also address recent cases restricting an employer’s ability to require confidentiality by employees during investigations.
