Erin Reid-Eriksen is a member of Littler’s Knowledge Management leadership team, serving as Director of Content & Information Services. In her role, Erin helps capture and curate the firm’s collective knowledge. She oversees all Littler-published articles and publications, including the State Employer Library, the National Employer Library, the International Guide, and the Wage and Hour Answer Book. Erin also assists several of Littler’s practice groups to collaborate and develop work product that helps the firm’s clients. For example, Erin works with the firm’s Employee Benefits Practice Group and helps monitor regulatory and legislative developments for health/welfare and retirement plans. In addition, Erin manages the practice group content for all groups on Littler’s intranet.

Prior to joining Littler’s Knowledge Management Department in 2008, Erin was an associate in Littler’s Boston office where she advised and represented employers in a broad range of employment matters arising under federal and state law, including:

  • Discrimination and harassment
  • Noncompetition disputes
  • The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
  • The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)

Erin has been with Littler since graduating from law school. In law school, she was executive editor of the Harvard Women's Law Journal and served as a student instructor for the Board of Student Advisers, which teaches all 1L students at Harvard. She also gained experience working on social justice issues at the New Haven Legal Assistance Association in New Haven and at the Arthur Levitt Public Affairs Center in Clinton, New York.
