Cal/OSHA continues to be aggressive from both a regulatory and enforcement standpoint. The Agency is targeting a variety of industries for programmed enforcement and is frequently performing on-site inspections in response to reports of serious injuries, complaints and other referrals. It is critical that California employers are prepared for a Cal/OSHA inspection and understand their rights from the opening conference to closing.
